Yes, any time from the Customer Portal. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro gives you multiple beds, weather, and the garden calendar. Premium adds Stachi as an AI gardening expert — you can ask him questions about your plants.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from the Customer Portal. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the period; downgrades aren't refunded — the new plan starts next period.
How does VAT work?
Prices include VAT. Stripe calculates the correct regional rate (8.1% CH, 19% DE, 20% AT/FR, 22% IT) automatically at checkout.
